Important detail: Sientra based in Santa Barbara, California became the third company to market silicon-gel based breast implants after getting approval from FDA. The organization is planning to offer implants in various sizes and shapes as only round shapes are available currently.
The silicon-gel based products were previously banned by FDA with a fear that the products may cause lupus, cancer and other health conditions. The most recent data from other companies selling such products revealed that the products are vulnerable to get broken and need to be swapped often
